Effective date: 1 June 2026 · Version 1.0
Plain English Summary

EDEA is a software tool — not a financial adviser, broker or asset manager. It executes trades on your own exchange account using API keys you provide. You remain fully in control of your funds at all times. By using EDEA you accept these terms.

1. About EDEA

EDEA ("the Software", "the Service") is an automated algorithmic trading software platform operated by an individual autónomo registered in Spain. EDEA provides subscribers with access to a cloud-based software tool that connects to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges via API and executes buy and sell orders on the subscriber's own exchange account.

EDEA is not a financial institution, investment firm, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, or financial adviser. The Service does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, or any regulated financial service under Spanish law, EU MiCA regulation, or any other applicable regulation.

2. Eligibility

This report is provided as a software tool for informational purposes only and does not constitute tax advice. See the Risk Disclaimer for full details.

The following billing terms apply to all plans:

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. EDEA does not store payment card information.
